Oats chilla is a simple and nutritious dish made with oats, gram flour, and vegetables. It's the perfect dish for healthy snacking or a filling breakfast, offering a twist to the traditional Indian chilla.
1 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp gram flour 1/4 cup curd 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 1 finely chopped green chilli 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp carom seeds Salt to taste Water Oil or ghee
Mix oats, gram flour, curd, veggies, spices, and water into a batter.
Put some oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
Pour the batter, spread it thin on the pan and cook until both sides turn golden.
Serve with a bowl of yoghurt.
