Have You Ever Had Banana Tea? Here’s A Recipe

Banana peels boiled in water create a warm drink known as "banana tea." It may help you get to sleep, make you feel better, and give you some important nutrients like magnesium and potassium. 

Step 1 

Peel the bananas and chop them up into little pieces. 

Step 2 

About 2 cups of water per banana peel should be added to the saucepan. Simmer the water until it boils. 

Step 3 

When the water comes to a boil, lower the heat to a simmer and leave it there for about 10 minutes. 

Step 4 

After steeping the tea for a few minutes, take it off the heat and sieve it to discard the banana peels. 

After pouring the tea into a cup, you can enhance its taste by adding honey or another sweetener. Enjoy
