With the weather shifting from winter to summer, allergies, sore throats, and colds become more common. To soothe your throat, you can make haldi vala doodh with this easy 4-step recipe.
1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
Heat some milk, but don’t boil it.
Add ground cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and nutmeg.
Let the milk simmer for two minutes till the spices infuse in the milk.
Stir in honey or sugar. Pour the masala doosh into a glass and drink it warm.
