Don’t you love having a juicy gulab jamun with a scoop of vanilla ice cream? Why have the combo when you can get the best of both worlds with this fusion gulab jamun ice cream recipe?
6-8 gulab jamuns 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup condensed milk ½ tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp sugar syrup 1 tbsp chopped pistachios Saffron strands (optional)
Start by whipping heavy cream till you get soft peaks.
Mix in condensed milk, cardamom powder, and sugar syrup.
Chop a few gulab jamuns and mix well. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
Top it off with some galub jamun pieces, pistachios, and saffron strands.
Freeze overnight till set. Scoop and serve the fusion gulab jamun ice cream.
