Ingredients

For Dhokla 1 tsp sugar 1 cup besan 1 tbsp semolina ½ cup water ¼ tsp turmeric 1 tbsp oil 1 green chilli paste ¼ cup water ⅓ tsp citric acid ¾ tsp Eno ½ tbsp ginger paste ⅓ tsp salt

Ingredients

For Tempering 1 tbsp oil ⅛ tsp hing ¾ tsp mustard seeds ¼ tsp salt 1-2 tbsp sugar ½ cup water 2 slit green chillies 7-8 curry leaves

Step 1

Add everything into a bowl and mix thoroughly to prepare a lump-free batter.

Step 2

Strain the blend so you can get rid of any small lumps.

Step 3

Add 2.5-3.5 cups of water to a pot and let it boil. Add Eno to the batter now.

Step 4

Pour the batter into a greased pan and steam it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

Cut the dhokla, pour the tempering all over it, and enjoy it.
