Dabeli is a famous Gujarati street food from Kutch, made with spiced potato filling, soft pav, tangy chutneys, and roasted peanuts. It is sweet, spicy, and tangy, making it a delicious evening snack.
4 pav buns 2 boiled potatoes (mashed) 2 tbsp Dabeli masala 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp tamarind chutney 2 tbsp garlic chutney 2 tbsp green chutney 2 tbsp roasted peanuts 2 tbsp sev 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds Butter for toasting pav
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the mashed potatoes with Dabeli masala and a little water until smooth.
Slice pav buns, spread garlic, tamarind, and green chutneys inside.
Fill with spiced potato mixture, peanuts, sev, and pomegranate.
Toast with butter and serve hot.
