2 eggs 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 slice toasted bread
Heat a pan, put some butter on it and let it melt.
Crack the eggs into the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook till the whites are set but the yolks are runny.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on the eggs white and cook for another minute.
Serve the sunny-side-up egg with a slice of toasted bread.
