Ladoos have the reputation of being the guilty pleasure, laden with ghee and sugar. But you can make your favourite dessert healthier with gud and murmura. Follow this recipe to make murmura ladoo.
3 cups murmura 1/2 cup grated jaggery 4 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon ghee
Dry roast murmura for about a minute to give them a crispier texture.
Take a pan and heat some ghee. Add grated jaggery and stir till you get a syrup.
Turn off the heat and add roasted murmura to the syrup. Coat well.
Take small portions of the mixture, shape them into balls, and enjoy.
