Ingredients

500g boneless chicken thighs, cut into thin strips  1/4 cup thick coconut milk  1 tablespoon lemongrass paste  1 teaspoon turmeric powder  1 tablespoon light brown sugar  1 tablespoon soy sauce  1 tablespoon cooking oil  Salt to taste  Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Step 1

 Mix the coconut milk, lemongrass paste, turmeric powder, brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, and salt in a large bowl to create the marinade.
