Raw Mango Aam Panna To Cool Down Summer Days

Tangy raw mango blended with roasted cumin, mint, and sugar creates a chilled drink that tastes sharp, sweet, and deeply refreshing on hot afternoons. Every sip feels bright, fruity, and perfect after a long sunny day.

Ingredients

2 medium raw mangoes 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp black salt 8 mint leaves 3 cups chilled water Ice cubes as needed

Step 1

Boil or pressure cook the raw mangoes until soft, then cool, peel, and remove the pulp.

Step 2

Add the mango pulp, sugar, cumin powder, black salt, and mint leaves to a blender.

Step 3

Blend the mixture until smooth and pour it into a large jug.

Step 4

Add chilled water and stir well until everything combines evenly.

Step 5

Fill glasses with ice, pour the aam panna, and serve immediately.
