A green omelette is a fluffy, protein-packed breakfast dish made with eggs and a blend of spinach, coriander, and green chillies. It is nourishing, quick to prepare, and a good way to add greens to your day.
2 eggs ½ cup spinach leaves (finely chopped) 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped, optional) 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped) 1 tbsp milk or water (to beat with eggs) Salt to taste Black pepper to taste 1 tsp oil or butter for cooking
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
Mix in spinach, coriander, onion, and green chilli.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture. Cook on low flame until golden on both sides. Serve hot.
