Green moong dal dosa is a South Indian staple, which is a high-protein option to make your meals nutritious. To make your dosa healthier, try this easy recipe and whip up green moong dal dosa at home.
1 cup green moong dal 2-3 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1/4 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water as required Ghee for cooking
Grind soaked green moong dal with chillies, ginger, cumin, salt, and water into a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly.
Drizzle some ghee and cook till both sides are golden brown.
Transfer the moong dal dosa to a plate and serve with chutney or sambar.
