Green juice is a fresh, nutrient-packed drink made with leafy greens, cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger. It is hydrating and light, often taken in the morning for a healthy start.

Ingredients

1 cup spinach or kale 1 cucumber (peeled and chopped) 1 green apple ½ lemon (juiced) 1 small piece of ginger 1 cup cold water

Step 1

Blend spinach, cucumber, apple, ginger, and water until smooth.

Step 2

Strain if preferred, then stir in lemon juice.

Step 3

Serve chilled.
