Every household has a recipe for green chutney that can be served as a condiment or used as a spread for a sandwich. Sweet, salty, and spicy notes help you infuse your favourite ‘between the slices’ snack with a variety of flavours leaving your mouth slabber. Try this recipe.
2 cups coriander leaves Salt to taste 1 tbsp mango pickle 1-2 green chillies 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp lemon juice 1-inch ginger 2-3 garlic cloves (optional)
Wash and roughly chop coriander leaves.
Add coriander, ginger, garlic, and salt to the grinder.
Blend the ingredients for 5 seconds.
Scrape the sides and add mango pickle and olive oil.
Grind again for 10 seconds. Drizzle lemon juice.
Grind for 10 more seconds and store the chutney.
