Do you love heat in your food? You must try making green chilli parathas. It is a perfect addition to the lunch or dinner spread along with raita. If your food is lacking spiciness, this flatbread will surely leave you drinking a bottle of water.
1 cup flour 3-4 chopped green chillies ½ tsp salt Water as needed 1 tbsp butter
Sprinkle salt over flour and knead it into a soft dough using water.
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes at least before making parathas.
Keep chopped green chillies ready on the side.
Roll a small dough ball and sprinkle green chillies all over it.
Use a rolling pin to gently press the chillies into the dough.
Roast the paratha on both sides with butter and enjoy your green chilli paratha.
