A quick zucchini recipe that keeps slices lightly crisp while garlic and chilli add punchy heat. High-flame tossing locks in texture, creating a fast side dish that works beside grills, bowls, or late-night snack cravings.
2 medium sliced zucchini 1 tbsp olive oil 4 minced garlic cloves ½ tsp chilli flakes Salt to taste ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp lemon juice
Heat olive oil in a wide pan on high flame.
Add garlic and sauté briefly till fragrant, not browned.
Toss in zucchini slices; cook uncovered so they sear instead of steaming.
Sprinkle chilli flakes, salt, and pepper; stir for 3-4 minutes.
Finish with lemon juice and serve immediately while slightly crisp.
