Egg fried rice is a simple recipe that you can enjoy for breakfast or snack. It can be a complete meal when paired with a few side dishes and a refreshing beverage. Follow this guide to make a restaurant-style at home.
1 cup water 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp onion greens 2-3 chopped garlic cloves 1 large egg ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup cooked rice 1 tsp oil ½ onion ¼ tsp pepper
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add garlic cloves to it. Saute them.
Saute onion in another saucepan. Pour soy sauce after 3-4 minutes of sauteing.
Meanwhile, saute cooked rice with onions and soy sauce.

Combine the ingredients of the two saucepans in a larger one.
Saute on high heat for 2 minutes.
Serve egg-fried rice with a garnish of spring onions.
