This cheese balls recipe delivers a loud crunch followed by molten, stretchy cheese. Golden on the outside and irresistibly gooey inside, these addictive snack bites vanish faster than you can plate them.
1 cup boiled & mashed potatoes ½ cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed) 1 tbsp cornflour Salt to taste Black pepper or chilli flakes Bread crumbs (for coating) Oil for deep frying
Combine potatoes, cheese, cornflour and seasonings in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into small, smooth balls.
Roll each ball evenly in bread crumbs.
Deep-fry on medium heat until crisp and golden.
Serve hot with ketchup or a creamy dip.
