300 g cubed chicken breast ½ cup hung curd 1½ tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garam masala 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste
Combine hung curd, spices, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to prepare the marinade.
Add chicken cubes and coat thoroughly for even seasoning.
Marinate for at least 1 hour to keep the chicken tender and flavourful.
Arrange chicken on skewers and place on a baking rack or tray.
Bake at 200°C for 20-22 minutes, flipping once, until cooked and lightly charred.
