Cold brew tea is made by steeping tea leaves slowly in cold water, which reduces bitterness and highlights natural sweetness. The overnight method allows flavours to develop gently, producing a clean, refreshing drink.

Place tea leaves or bags in a glass pitcher or french press jar.
Pour cold water over the tea.
Cover and refrigerate for 8–12 hours.
