This gluten-free ragi dosa is a wholesome South Indian dish made with finger millet flour, curd, and a few spices. It’s light, nutritious, and perfect for breakfast or a light dinner when you want something filling yet healthy.
1 cup ragi flour ½ cup semolina (rava) ½ cup curd 1 green chilli (chopped) Salt and water as needed Oil for cooking
Combine ragi flour, semolina, curd, chilli, and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for about 10–15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick tawa, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it thinly.
Drizzle oil, cook on both sides until crisp, and serve hot with chutney.
