Ragi Chilla is a nutritious and gluten-free pancake made with ragi flour. It is quick to prepare and perfect for a healthy breakfast or a snack.
1 cup ragi flour ¼ cup rice flour ½ cup chopped vegetables 2 chopped green chillies 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water to make batter Oil for cooking
Mix all ingredients with water to make a smooth batter.
Pour batter into a greased pan, spread thin.
Cook on both sides.
Serve hot with yoghurt or chutney!
