Gluten-free oats slowly bubble into a silky, spoon-coating bowl that feels far richer than it is. Slightly sweet, lightly spiced, and topped with crunch, it’s the kind of breakfast you actually look forward to.
1 cup gluten-free oats 2 cups milk or water 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp chopped nuts 1 tbsp chopped fruits
Add milk or water to a pan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Stir in the gluten-free oats and cook while stirring to prevent sticking.
Let the oats simmer until they are soft and creamy.
Mix in honey or maple syrup along with cinnamon for flavour.
Serve warm, topped with chopped fruits and nuts for added crunch.
