Gluten-Free Coconut Laddoo Recipe With Condensed Milk

Coconut laddoo is an easy gluten-free sweet that comes together quickly with just three ingredients. Made with grated coconut, condensed milk, and cardamom, these laddoos are perfect for festivals, vrat, and celebrations.

Ingredients

2 cups grated coconut (fresh or desiccated) 1 cup condensed milk ½ tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp chopped nuts for garnish

Step 1

Heat a pan and lightly roast grated coconut for 2–3 minutes.

Step 2

Add condensed milk and cardamom powder, and cook until mixture thickens.

Step 3

Roll into small laddoos while still warm, coating with extra coconut.

Step 4

Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
