Ingredients

½ cup cocoa butter ¼ cup cocoa powder ¼ cup powdered sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch salt

Step 1

Gently melt cocoa butter using a double boiler, ensuring it melts slowly without overheating or burning.

Step 2

Once melted, sift in cocoa powder and stir continuously to avoid lumps and achieve a glossy texture.

Step 3

Add powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla, mixing patiently until everything dissolves smoothly.

Step 4

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly so it thickens but remains pourable.
