Gluten-free bread provides soft, light nourishment without heaviness, using alternative flours that support digestion and dietary needs. It makes everyday eating easier, offering a versatile loaf perfect for toasts, sandwiches, and clean, wholesome meals.
2 cups gluten-free flour blend 1 cup warm water 2 tsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp olive oil
Combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour and salt thoroughly to avoid an uneven texture.
Pour the activated yeast mixture into the flour and add olive oil, then mix to form a thick batter-like dough.
Transfer the dough into a greased loaf tin, smooth the top, and let it rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, cool completely on a rack, then slice for the best texture.
