Salt to taste 4 salmon fillets 6 tbsp butter ¼ tsp pepper 1 tsp lemon juice 1.5 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp parsley 1 tbsp garlic
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fillets and massage them nicely with your hands.
Keep them upside down on a hot pan with melted butter
Once the base is cooked, turn the fillets over and cook.
Use a spoon to pour butter over the surface of the fillets.
Add garlic to the pan and sear the salmon some more.
Coat it with a blend of lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley before serving.
