6th September 2025 is Ganpati Visarjan and marks the final day of the festival when devotees bid farewell to Lord Ganesha. Proper food offerings and dietary practices ensure a spiritually fulfilling celebration. Here are some tips you should know.

Food To Avoid

Completely avoid using onion and garlic in any preparations during the festival period, as these are considered tamasic (impure) ingredients.

Strictly refrain from preparing or consuming any non-vegetarian dishes, including meat, fish, and poultry during this sacred time.
