1 cup besan 1/4 cup ghee 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands 1/4 cup chopped almonds or pistachios
Boil some water and add sugar. Let it simmer till you get a thread-like consistency. Set aside.
Mix besan and ghee to make a crumbly texture.
Heat some oil in a kadhai. Scoop small portions of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown.
In another bowl, mix boondi, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Add sugar syrup and coat the laddoos.
Stir in chopped almonds or pistachios. Shape the mixture into small laddoos. Let the cool and serve.
