Fruit salad is a refreshing mix of seasonal fruits with honey and lemon for a light festive dessert. It’s quick to prepare and full of natural sweetness.

Ingredients

2 cups mixed fruits (mango, apple, banana, grapes, papaya, pomegranate) 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp lemon juice A pinch of black salt or chaat masala Mint leaves for garnish

Step 1

Chop all fruits and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of black salt or chaat masala.

Step 3

Toss gently until all fruits are coated evenly.

Step 4

Chill for 20 minutes and serve with mint leaves.
