Fruit cream is a light, refreshing dessert made with chilled cream, sugar, and fresh seasonal fruits. Creamy and delicious, this recipe is perfect for summer, festive occasions, or family gatherings.
1 cup chilled fresh cream 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 cup mixed fruits
Whip cream with sugar until it gets smooth and slightly fluffy.
Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Chop the fruits into small pieces and gently fold them into the cream.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with nuts or a drizzle of honey.
