Ideal for hot summer evenings when you can’t pick between a cold brew and a cocktail, these frozen espresso martinis do the trick just right! Imagine a slushie for adults, loaded with the double dose of caffeine and alcohol.
60 ml vodka 45 ml coffee liqueur 20 ml simple syrup 20 ml espresso Ice cubes
Add lots of ice to a blender along with the remaining ingredients.
Blitz until the ice is crushed but not smooth entirely.
Transfer to a serving glass and garnish with roasted coffee beans before serving.
