Pesto pasta is an Italian favourite made with fresh basil, garlic, nuts, and olive oil. It’s light, aromatic, and quick to prepare, making it perfect for any meal.
2 cups cooked pasta 1 cup fresh basil leaves 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp pine nuts or cashews 3 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste Grated cheese for garnish
Blend basil, garlic, nuts, olive oil, and salt into a smooth pesto paste.
Toss the cooked pasta with the prepared pesto sauce.
Add a little pasta water to coat evenly.
Garnish with cheese and serve warm.
