Forget Potato, Make Crispy Carrot Fries

Potato fries are common in restaurants, however, carrot fries are a healthier alternative. They are crispy with a hint of sweetness and taste delicious. This guide will help you make them in a jiffy.

Ingredients

2 tbsp cornstarch 1/ 2 kg carrot ½ tsp cumin powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil ¼ tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika Dip of your choice 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Step 1

Wash and peel carrots. Dice them in the shape of fries.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C while you get the carrots ready.

Step 3

Toss carrots in a blend of oil, salt, pepper, and cumin powder.

Step 4

Bake the fries for 20 minutes or until they are crispy.

Step 5

You can also use an air fryer for the same.

Step 6

Sprinkle salt, paprika, and coriander on top and enjoy fries with a dip.
