Bihari chokha is a versatile dish that not only complements sattu-filled bati, but can be relished with plain rice, parathas, snacks, lavash, etc. Here is how to bring the flavour of Bihar to your kitchen.
2 green chillies 4 potatoes 2 onions 1 tbsp mustard oil Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 brinjal
Grease the eggplant and tomatoes with oil and roast them on the stovetop.
Keep them aside when charred and remove the skin.
Peel potatoes and chop onions and green chillies.
Add all the vegetables into a bowl, sprinkle salt, and add mustard oil.
Mix everything with your hands until combined.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve the chokha.
