Fig and dates smoothie is a wholesome drink blended with dried figs, dates, milk, and a touch of honey. It is naturally sweet, packed with fibre, and makes a filling breakfast or evening drink.
6 dried figs (soaked in warm water for 20 minutes) 8 dates (pitted and soaked) 2 cups chilled milk 1 tbsp honey (optional) ½ tsp cinnamon powder A few ice cubes
Drain soaked figs and dates. Blend them with milk, cinnamon, and honey until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again for a frothy texture.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
