Lemon vinaigrette 2 small lettuce heads ½ cup microgreens 1 cucumber Sea salt to taste ½ cup Parmesan cheese ½ tbsp tamari ½ cup raw almonds 1 avocado
Dry roast almonds until they are brown and slightly crispy.
Toss almonds with microgreens, lettuce, avocados, and cheese.
Sprinkle salt, tamari, and lemon vinaigrette all over the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients well before serving.
Serve the salad immediately and enjoy.
