Biryani is incomplete without crispy kebabs and raita. For a quick vegetarian fix, make healthy hara bhara kebabs. Air fry or shallow fry as per your preference and set up your festive Eid spread.
2 cups chopped spinach leaves 1 cup boiled peas 2 potatoes 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup chopped coriander 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon garlic-ginger paste 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste
Boil and mash potatoes, blanch spinach leaves, boil the peas, and mix with coriander leaves.
Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and mix everything together.
Mix in breadcrumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into kebabs.
You can choose to fry, grill, or even bake the kebabs till crispy. Serve with a chutney.
