The only right way to conclude Eid-e-Milad 2025 is with a traditional feast. While biryani takes the centre stage of the festive feast, here are some vegetarian kebabs that you can add to the meal.
You can make grilled veg seekh kebab with finely chopped vegetables like carrots, potatoes, peas, etc.
Hara bhara kebabs are healthy snacks made with a mix of mashed peas, spinach, and coriander.
For a protein-rich option, you can make kebabs from marinated paneer and grill them till the pieces are crispy.
With mushroom bits marinated in ginger-garlic paste and a mix of spices, you can make the classic mushroom kebabs.
Beetroot kebabs are made with finely grated beetroot mixed with chickpeas, which add colour to your platter.
