Eggless pancake? Yes! That’s a possibility, and pancakes will turn out as fluffy and soft as the ones made with egg batter. This is a perfect recipe for vegans and vegetarians, and every home chef should give it a try.
2 tsp baking powder 1 cup maida 1 cup milk 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp water ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp berries
In a bowl, mix baking powder, powdered sugar, and maida.
Mix vanilla extract, milk, and butter. Gradually add dry ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients into a smooth batter.
Grease a hot pan and add a ladleful of batter.
Once the base is cooked, flip the pancake.
Top the pancake with maple syrup and a few chopped berries.
