There’s nothing better than digging into a gooey brownie. To skip the overpriced brownies at cafes, here’s an eggless brownie recipe that you can try. Pair it with vanilla ice cream and please your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

1 cup maida ¼ cup cocoa powder ¾ cup powdered sugar ½ tsp baking powder A pinch of salt ½ cup milk ½ cup butter 1 tsp vanilla essence ½ cup dark chocolate, melted ¼ cup chopped nuts

Step 1

Preheat the oven and prepare a baking tray.

Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add milk, melted chocolate, and vanilla essence.

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
