These fudgy eggless brownies are rich, gooey, and easy to make - perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings without eggs!
1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup cocoa powder ¾ cup sugar ½ cup melted butter or oil 1 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla; whisk until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pour into the prepared tin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
