Egg white pancakes are soft, fluffy, and naturally light, made only with egg whites and a touch of sweetness. They are a protein-rich option for breakfast or dessert and taste best when served with fresh fruits, honey, or a drizzle of chocolate.
4 egg whites 2 tbsp oats flour or whole wheat flour 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup ½ tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp butter or ghee A pinch of cinnamon powder (optional) Fresh fruits for topping (banana, berries, or apple slices)
In a bowl, whisk egg whites until they turn frothy and light.
Add flour, honey, vanilla essence, and cinnamon powder, mixing gently into a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with butter or ghee.
Pour a ladleful of the batter and cook on medium flame until bubbles appear.
Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve warm with sliced fruits, an extra drizzle of honey, or even a spoonful of yoghurt on top.
