Egg Salad: Protein-Rich Meal For Lunch or Dinner

Egg salad is a protein-loaded meal that fitness enthusiasts must try. It is easy to whip up and can be consumed for lunch or dinner, not to mention the fact that it uses the smallest amount of oil, which is also used just for dressing.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise 6 boiled eggs ½ cup diced onions 2 tsp mustard sauce 1 tbsp coriander leaves A pinch of pepper Salt to taste 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chives, dill

Step 1

Peel and chop hard-boiled eggs.

Step 2

Add mayonnaise, mustard sauce, and vegetables.

Step 3

Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs.

Step 4

Drizzle lemon juice and toss the ingredients.

Step 5

Serve the salad immediately.
