Egg Dosa is a crisp dosa layered with whisked eggs and spices, making it a filling and protein-rich breakfast or dinner option.
2 cups dosa batter 2 eggs ½ onion (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped) 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped) Salt and pepper to taste Oil for cooking
Heat a dosa tawa and spread a ladleful of dosa batter in a thin circle.
Beat one egg and pour it over the dosa. Spread it evenly.
Sprinkle onion, chilli, coriander, salt, and pepper on top.
Drizzle oil along the edges and cook until the dosa is crisp.
Fold and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
