Egg dosa is a South Indian meal where an egg is cracked open over a dosa and is topped with onions and spices. It is a delicious and protein-packed twist on a classic dosa, which cannot be missed.
1 cup dosa batter 1 egg 1 tbsp oil 1 finely chopped onion 1-2 chopped green chillies ¼ tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Heat a tawa and grease it with oil.
Pour the dosa batter and spread it so that it comes out thin after cooking.
Crack open an egg on top of the dosa and sprinkle onions, chilli, turmeric, and salt on it.
Cook it for 2-3 minutes, then fold and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve the egg dosa with South Indian chutneys!
