Egg Bhurji: Protein-Rich Recipe To Begin Your Day With

When you have no time in the morning to prepare breakfast, you often skip it. But is it beneficial? No, because you end up cranky and irritated in the workplace. Try this egg bhurji recipe and you will never miss breakfast.

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil 2-3 eggs 1 green chilli Salt to taste 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp chilli powder 2 tbsp coriander leaves ⅛ tsp turmeric powder ¾ tsp garam masala ½ tsp cumin seeds ¾ cup onion

Step 1

Chop onion and tomatoes, and slit green chillies. 

Step 2

In a bowl, break eggs and whisk them. Season the concoction with salt.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and saute green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and onion.

Step 4

Add tomatoes and powdered spices. Cook until the oil is released.

Step 5

Pour whisked eggs, and let the base solidify a little. Stir the ingredients, breaking the eggs into small chunks.

Step 6

Garnish the bhurji with coriander leaves and enjoy it with paratha.
