Kickstart your mornings with a protein-rich breakfast that will only take 10 minutes to make. The dish is egg bhurji, and it can make your mornings simpler. Here is a recipe you should try, and it must not be in your cooking journal because you will be replicating it again and again.
2 eggs Salt to taste 1 onion ½ tsp garlic 2 green chillies 1 tsp peri peri mix 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp butter
Heat butter in a pan and saute onions, green chillies, and garlic.
When onions start turning slightly brown, pour the whisked eggs into a pan.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, and mix the eggs.
When eggs start to harden a little, sprinkle red chilli powder, oregano, and peri peri mix.
Sauté the ingredients well, and add a bit of butter for the shine and creaminess.
Finish the egg bhurji with coriander leaves.
