Beat the heat this summer by making the perfect watermelon sorbet at home. It is naturally sweet, healthy, and irresistibly delicious. Tap to read the recipe.
4 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen 2 tbsp lime juice 2-3 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste) Optional: A pinch of salt
Put the frozen watermelon cubes in the blender
Add lime juice and honey/ sugar and blend until the texture becomes smooth.
Taste and adjust the sweetness accordingly.
Serve immediately for a soft sorbet or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
