A veg sandwich is a quick, tasty snack made with bread, chutney, and fresh vegetables. Light yet filling, it’s perfect for breakfast, evening snacks, or lunchbox meals, enjoyed plain, toasted, or grilled.
6 bread slices 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp green chutney 1 sliced cucumber 1 sliced tomato 1 sliced boiled potato 1 sliced onion ½ cup grated carrot Salt & chaat masala to taste
Spread butter and green chutney evenly on all bread slices.
Arrange cucumber, tomato, onion, and boiled potato slices on one slice of bread.
Sprinkle salt and chaat masala for flavour.
Add grated carrot or beetroot if using, then cover with another buttered bread slice.
Grill or toast the sandwich until golden and crisp, cut in half, and serve with ketchup or chutney.
